BCC Services offer IT and infrastructure solutions, systems, products and consultations, design, integration, implementation, maintenance, customer training and support services. BCC Services d.o.o. (BCC Services Ltd.) is sited in Zagreb, and has offices in Split and Belgrade. BCC stands for "Business Critical Computing".

BCC Services specialises in solutions for information lifecycle management and implemented many customised solutions based on world leading document management, workflow and information retrieval products, for corporate and government customers in Croatia and other countries in the region. BCC Services has two development teams, one in Zagreb, the other one in Split.

Another specialisation of BCC Services are the solutions for IT infrastructure. By combining equipment and products from leading suppliers, BCC Services offer design, installation, implementation, support and maintenance even for the most complex infrastructure environments. In addition to general purpose information processing and communications infrastructure environments, BCC Services specialisation is data storage and virtualisation solutions, which often go hand in hand with the solutions for information lifecycle management.

As a complement to our solutions, we also offer a full range of IT services – planning, design, development , installation, implementation, deployment, maintenance, education and support.

Quality

In 1995, BCC Services, then operating under the name of ICL was the first IT and 15^th company altogether in Croatia to achieve an ISO 9000 certificate. That was an ISO 9002 certificate, which was handed over to us on our stand on the Info'95 IT fair in Zagreb. In 1999, then still ICL implemented the ICL's corporate quality system according to the ISO 9001 standard. In 2001 the system was updated to ISO 9001:2000 version. After April 2002, certificates were re-issued in the name of Fujitsu Services. In July 2005, the certification was transferred to local office of the certifying house DNV and the certificate was re-issued to BCC Services.
