Više od deset petabajta e-pošte, dokumenata i multimedijskih sadržaja sigurno pohranjenih i upravljanih na 6.500 servera
Autonomy je objavio da je njegovo arhivsko rješenje na zahtjev doseglo novi vrhunac i nadalje ostalo najvećom arhivom podataka na svijetu. Rješenje Digital Safe se koristi za čuvanje i upravljanje više od 10 petabajta e-pošte, dokumenata i multimedijskih podataka, što odgovara broju od preko 30 milijardi poruka, a sve to je spremljeno na 6.500 servera. Rješenje arhivira tri milijuna datoteka na sat.
Digital Safe se pokreće pomoću Autonomievog IDOL-a (Intelligent Data Operating Layer), koji obrađuje, de-duplicira, indeksira i iz datoteka vadi meta podatke. Time se podaci pripremaju za revizije, te se osigurava poštivanje eDiscovery zahtjeva za parničke postupke. Svaki mjesec se obavi u prosjeku oko 4.000 revizija u skladu s FRCP i eDiscovery zahtjevima, a rezultati takvih pretraživanja sadrže preko osam terabajta podataka. Ovakvi sadržaji, već spremni za parničke postupke, se glatko uklapaju u Autonomiev okoliš za hosted eDiscovery Servise, ili se vraćaju klijentu. Rješenje Digital Safe koriste brojne globalne kompanije kao što su Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, eBay, Morgan Stanley i Societe Generale.
Autonomy Digital Safe je vrlo skalabilni, hosted arhivski servis koji korisnicima omogućava da dogovore outsourcing pohrane i upravljanja za svoje e-mail poruke, datoteke s bogatim medijima, instant poruke, sadržaje unificiranih komunikacija i sadržaje iz više od 400 repozitorija. Za outsorcing se brine dokazano pouzdana treća stranka. Korisnikovi podaci se pohranjuju na dva geografski udaljena, ultra-sigurna, dana centra koji su usklađeni sa SAS 70, što osigurava izuzetnu zaštitu i jamči kontinuitet poslovanja, čak i u slučaju katastrofa.
